Explain why is your team the most capable to execute the investment thesis and what is your track record

Develop your portfolio strategy

Decide on the target fund size, pace, number of deals and what are your target expected returns

Understand how LPs think

Understand what LPs are looking for and how to build long term relationships

Develop a sourcing and deaflow strategy

Define what is your fund brand and value proposition and how will you win the best deals
